Ⅰ. Co-operation rules
1. Business idea: All our efforts are to benefit the people.
2. Co-operation way: Standardize the policy of area sales agent (distribution) strictly.
Ⅱ. Requirements for area agent (distributor):
1. The agent (distributor) shall have good social relationship, wide-ranging customer resources, the ability for developing and managing the market and experienced sales team for over five years experience in lighting industry.
2. The agent (distributor) shall have certain substantial capital and can support a market network for realize SFT brand with the capability to carry out the area sales plan.
Ⅲ. Basic business model
1. Business Policy: To establish a reasonable price system to ensure much profit space for the agent (distributor).
2. Our assurance: quality assurance, interest assurance, services assurance.
3. SFT image: Unified advertising and sales management and the price should be confirmed by SFT company according to the consumption level of the regional market. To set up the worldwide scale chain effect to achieve the same visual brands. 4. Our goal: To establish a global sales network and establish the lighting product image with SFT brand.
Ⅳ. Procedure of application
1. The applicant shall fill “Customer file”
2. SFT company shall check and evaluate the status of the applicant and will inform the applicant in detail by email and fax
3. Sign “Sales Agency (Distribution) Agreement” and award the certification and some related documents
